Tour Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment 💳
- To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour.
- Payments can be made via:
✅ Bank transfer or deposit
✅ Cash payment at our office
✅ Full payment on-site
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy 💰
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- If Montamar Tours cancels the tour due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, park closure, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
3. Tour Policies & Guidelines 🚐
- Punctuality is essential: Participants must arrive at the meeting point on time to avoid delays.
- Seat assignment: Seats are first-come, first-served, except for passengers picked up along the route.
- Stops during the trip: Technical stops will be made as needed for restroom use.
- Lost items: Montamar Tours is not responsible for personal belongings left in the transport or at the park.
4. Code of Conduct & Environmental Responsibility 🌎
As per the Ministry of Environment regulations:
- Plastic bags and disposable plastic containers are prohibited – If brought, they must be taken back.
- No littering – All trash must be carried out.
- Respect for nature – Do not take wood, plants, or stones.
- No loud music or disruptive behavior.
- Alcohol & smoking are strictly prohibited within the park.
- Visitors must follow the instructions of the guides, park rangers, and authorized personnel.
5. Health & Safety ⛑️
- The hike requires moderate physical condition; participants should be prepared for an 8 km trek.
- Participants with chronic illnesses (e.g., hypertension, diabetes) must bring necessary medications and inform the guide.
- If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before booking.
6. Liability Waiver ⚠️
- Montamar Tours is not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies during the tour.
- Travelers assume full responsibility for their personal safety and belongings.
